is very accommodating and flexible.

We will need:
- Your name
- Date the order was placed
- Order number and specific product(s) you want to return
The general guidelines for returns and refunds are as follows:
- All orders and/or products can be returned within thirty days of their
arrival, a refund of the order's and/or product's purchase price will be
issued once the order and/or product is returned to us.
- If there is a product that arrives damaged or defective, report it
immediately to us! A refund of that product's purchase price and
related shipping fees will be issued or a new replacement item will be sent
(customer's choice) once the item is returned to us.
- If something goes wrong with a product after thirty days of its arrival
- please contact our customer service immediately and you will be advised as
to what to do.
- WatchBuddy Wall Clocks - have a two year limited warranty
- WatchBuddy Deluxe Watches - have a one year limited warranty
