Return Policy

Our mission is to make you, our customer, happy . . . your complete satisfaction is our measure of success, therefore our return and refund policy is very accommodating and flexible.

If you want to return something simply contact us at customer service immediately:

We will need:

  • Your name
  • Date the order was placed
  • Order number and specific product(s) you want to return

The general guidelines for returns and refunds are as follows:

  • All orders and/or products can be returned within thirty days of their arrival, a refund of the order's and/or product's purchase price will be issued once the order and/or product is returned to us.
  • If there is a product that arrives damaged or defective, report it immediately to us! A refund of that product's purchase price and related shipping fees will be issued or a new replacement item will be sent (customer's choice) once the item is returned to us.
  • If something goes wrong with a product after thirty days of its arrival - please contact our customer service immediately and you will be advised as to what to do.
      • WatchBuddy Wall Clocks - have a two year limited warranty
      • WatchBuddy Deluxe Watches - have a one year limited warranty
